Our offer to do so is subject to (i) our employee’s availability to review the issues and carry out the consultation, (ii) the matter in issue being within our area of expertise, and (iii) that the time required to review the matter including any relevant documents, and deliver our consultation, is not excessive.
 

We will determine whether the time required to review the matter and deliver our consultation is excessive by what we, entirely at our discretion, determine is reasonable and is possible to complete within 30 minutes of a member of our staff’s time.

 

There is no automatic entitlement to a free no obligation consultation. If we are unable to provide an initial no obligation consultation, we will endeavour to let you know.

 

We may deliver our consultation by either email, letter, telephone, face-to-face meeting or video-call.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Site (including but not limited to the copyright, trademarks and any rights in the designs or content of the site) are owned solely by Us.

 

We grant permission for you to print and download extracts of any page on the Site for your personal reference only (i.e. not for commercial use).
